Discover Seoul: Internship Program
Seoul, Republic of Korea

Engage in the politics and economy of Korea. By participating in this program, you will learn about the societal and cultural nuances of this dynamic country while working side-by-side with their Korean counterparts in internship positions throughout Seoul.

Academic Details:
The four-week internship program places graduate students in positions in multinational, research, and non-profit organizations throughout Seoul. The program consists of an internship experience for three credits.

June 5 – July 3: Internships
Program Costs: AU tuition plus program fee. Details provided on page 6 of the program guide [pdf].
Who Should Attend:
Graduate students only in all majors and disciplines from any U.S. university may apply. All applicants must demonstrate academic achievement, an interest in Korea and Asian affairs, and the ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Logistics:
Students are responsible for making their own flight arrangements to/from Seoul. Students will stay at the International Guest House on the campus of Sookmyung Women’s University for the duration of the internships.

Application instructions and materials will be available in the program guide. Students must read the entire program guide before applying. All applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and must be received by March 16, 2009 for priority consideration.
