You are here: American University Provost Academic Support and Access Center

ASAC will conduct all spring semester academic support and disability support services virtually for the remainder of the spring semester. For more information please refer to the COVID-19 FAQ website.

Disability-related accommodations will remain in place (although some implemented slightly differently) and students should contact their Disability Access Advisor with any additional questions. New requests for accommodation should follow the Three-Step process.

Academic support appointments are all virtual and can be scheduled online using normal systems. For the Tutoring Lab, Writing Center, and Quantitative Support, visit: https://american.mywconline.net/. For Academic Coaching, visit: https://auacademiccoaching.youcanbook.me/. Students in courses with Supplemental Instruction (SI) will receive information from their SI Leaders about how to access services via Blackboard Collaborate.
